What you need to build DIY self-watering vegetable containers
My go-to cutters! Heavy Duty Wiss Shears. These are what I use when making my self-watering planters from totes. They easily drill in the overflow drainage holes. They also equally as well cut thick drainage pipe to length and trim weed cloth to size. A must-have tool!
